|Recommended: YesA wonderful place to call home — My experience with the Preserve Apartments thus far has been a pleasant one, as they are clean, very convenient to commute to campus from, and safe. The amenities offered are quite exceptional, and they are very good about keeping up with maintenance requests and prioritize getting them completed quickly. In addition, all of the staff are incredibly respectful and willing to help in whatever way they can, making it a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesI like the improvements of the community. — I would say that we had our ups and downs throughout the three years but,things has really improved alot and got way better now..The remodel of the whole apartment units are very nice..The price is reasonable other apartments are way more higher so I'm thankful and content of the price and living here..I been here 3 years now and I like it here and the new staff as a whole they are very helpful and nice.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice — Honestly, I love the place super nice apartments and good parking. However I think they need to do better when you have charges on your dashboard. Because I will randomly look on my profile and have charges, sometimes I don't even know what for.

|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I enjoy the location and the friendly staff the most. They make it really nice for my dogs and I to live without the hassle of other people. I enjoy the niceness of the unit but wish they could be a little bit larger. I know it is not exactly easy to increase square footage but just something to keep in mind if you want a large space. There are a bunch of small issues but nothing you are not going to have at another student housing location. Kitchen is TINY and kinda sucks for someone who loves to cook like myself but it is what it is. Overall, I have been very happy with the location and management running the Preserve.
