|Recommended: YesMantnace and staff — I would recommend staying here but you have to stay on the office about Mantnace because I feel like if you paying rent and your just moving in everything should be fix an up to date considering you had remodeled all the apartments.

|Recommended: YesPerfect College Apartment — I live in a 2 bed 2 bath and it's a quiet neighborhood tucked away, but still a perfect distance from campus. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very cute and feels cozy. Very pleased with my decision to live here.

|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I think that the first month living at the Preserve has been just fine. I don't have any big complaints, just small ones that aren't necessarily important enough to share. It was kind of dissapeointng when we moved in and the unit had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned but we expected to spend a good chunk of time cleaning and disinfecting before we unpacked anyways. the community amenities are great and it's nice to have space just to hang out instead of being inside all day. the pool was nasty when we first arrived but it looks much cleaner now which is great.
As times go on, I will be updating the review if necessary.
