|Recommended: YesThe steps to the upper floors could be cleaned better. There is also some wasp nests that need attention — Overall I was impressed with the quality of the bedroom and bathroom. I think that the closet could be a little more spacious though.

|Recommended: YesNew Tenant Review — There seems to be only a couple of big items that need to be addressed the pool looks gross, very green and the tennis courts look dilapidated. I would like to see these addressed as these are amenities we are paying for especially the pool so it can be enjoyed while it is still very hot.
Overall very very pleased with the property. I really appreciate the cleanliness of our room when we arrived. Check-in was a breeze Plenty of parking
