submitted by Thomas - |Recommended: NoWould not recommend at all if you routinely need internet access for a majority of reasons. Very often the internet will just be out completely for hours if not days, you have no access to your own router and nothing is done when complaints are made about internet being down.

submitted by  - |Recommended: NoBe careful when signing contract I was so regretful to renew the lease with them I just thought it was so inconvenient to move and find another place. However, after I signed the lease, I noticed they charged full month of July 2024, but only allow you to live until July 15 2024, that said they will charge me the whole month for half month living This is UNETHICAL They at least should remind residents about this before signing If you are signing contract, be careful about it Plus, the staff was rude and unprofessional in answering questions, just trying to throw the ball to other people, very unprofessional

I only needed a place to stay for one semester, and it suits my needs. The floors are dirty and always will be, no matter how much I mop and the generator outside is loud, but the amenities are nice, maintenance is fast, and the location is great. Overall good quality, I like living here.
