|Recommended: YesIt's very nice and homey I love the woodsy vibe. — I really like it It's in the city but feels as though you are out in nature. The city sounds are very minimal, which I love The apartments themselves are very nice with new appliances, and modern colors and styles. If you are a student, it is also just 5 minutes away from the UA campus and you don't even have to get on the busy streets. All in all its very nice and I would 100 recommend especially if you are going to the university and or don't want to hear the city noise.

|Recommended: YesReally good quality for the price — It feels like I am living in luxury without the luxury prices. I am not even in a renovated room and I feel like it is worth more than I pay for it. I think they did really well with my roommate pairing and it's a great option for freshman or transfer students or anyone who does not know a lot of people in the area. The location is super close to campus and not far from the strip which is a huge bonus. There is super easy access to McFarland so it makes getting home super easy. Even with it being super close to everything, it is tucked away just enough that it's still quiet. All of the staff I have encountered so far have been super friendly and very helpful.
