I really wish they had screens on the windows due to the windows having small gaps that allow bugs into the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are still in the process of upgrading the grounds which means they are still striving to improve your experience.

I did have issues while moving in and am still waiting for those issues to be addressed. I am wrapping up day 2 here so I can't really give you a review in great detail. Employees management seem to be very friendly. The phone gets picked up in a timely matter, callbacks are ok but can definitely be better.

My primary frustrations with the Preserve were the communications or lack thereof from management regarding my apartment. In trying to get info regarding my move-in and the expectations of the apartment, the front desk had access to very limited information and the management rarely responded to emails, when she did it was over a week after being sent. I'm optimistic these issues were only due to the construction complications, but the constantly conflicting information about my move-in and the lack of responsiveness and transparency certainly worries me.

submitted by Bachittar S. - |Recommended: YesLove It, But... — I love the staff, and they were extremely friendly throughout the entire process of moving here. Accommodating. But, there are a few nooks and cracks in the unit and it was given to me extremely dusty. That caused my clothes to become a bit dusty, but also I have asthma so that was a unwelcome surprise. Not sure if they didn't clean it immediately prior to my move-in date.

submitted by Mikayla H. - |Recommended: YesIt's very nice and homey I love the woodsy vibe. — I really like it It's in the city but feels as though you are out in nature. The city sounds are very minimal, which I love The apartments themselves are very nice with new appliances, and modern colors and styles. If you are a student, it is also just 5 minutes away from the UA campus and you don't even have to get on the busy streets. All in all its very nice and I would 100 recommend especially if you are going to the university and or don't want to hear the city noise.
