submitted by Ashleigh J. - |Recommended: YesThe upgrades are great. Staff is helpful — New management is getting the place together. Security is AMAZING and always on top of things. Only thing thats no so great is the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything.

submitted by Jacob G. - |Recommended: YesIts a nice and affordable place to live. — The Preserve is close to campus, I can't hear my neighbors at all, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the apartments. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about renting in the area
